iPhone 4 Battery Test

If you have the new iPhone, you know the battery is awesome. For those that are weighing their options, or who are just curious about the larger lithium then read on!
I left my phone charging over night, woke up the next morning and immediately grabbed a screen shot of the phone as soon as it was unplugged.
THE CLOCK STARTS NOW! July 26th 9:14 AM.

I wanted this test to be thorough and wanted to put it through the ropes. I drove to work and started my day, snapped another screen shot and this is how much the percentage dropped.

Here’s a look at all the services and functions that were enabled.

My day consisted of avid twitter checking, emails flooding in, and general surfing of the web. The day grew longer and my battery was up to the challenge. Here are the screenies throughout the day!

After a long day of work I clocked out, headed home, and made a few phone calls. When I arrived to my personal roof top, I plopped on the couch and put my phone through some more tests!

After my eyes couldn’t take it anymore, I called it quits and hit the sack. Don’t worry, I didn’t plug my phone in…

The next morning I woke up, and pretty much began the same routine…

Same settings enabled.

Breakin’ to do some tweeting and picture snappin.

There’s a considerable gap between two and five where my phone went into the red, with that said I hadn’t charged it since the day before, so I was stoked.

Off of work, again made some calls on my way home, got to my living space and had to pump out a few record mixes, so I started on that bit.

THE CLOCK ENDS NOW! July 27th 9:04 PM
While watching one of Dino7’s video’s my battery puffed it’s last breath and powered down! Notice the time… But we can call it roughly 36 hours that my phone battery lasted, without a charge, with location services on, push notifications enabled, and brightness up to half way!
So there you have it. I hope this was informative and instils some confidence in you, that the iPhone 4 battery is way better than any previous generation… but still depends on usage! So if you use your i4 more than me, you’ll probably get less battery life. But at any rate, for my purposes, this thing is a beast!
